Join Us for a Fun Filled Labor Day Weekend at Winslow - Gilligan's Island Style - September 1-4

Join the Skipper and Gilligan in a great weekend of silly fun. There will be dingy races, outdoor movies, great food, cheap beer. What more could you want besides coconut cream pie?

The schedule is on it's way, but what we really need is you --- to sign-up and join in the fun!

Registrations close at midnight on June 28th.

The annual BIG BROTHERS Cruise is scheduled for June 23-25th at the QCYC Bainbridge Outstation.  This is an annual event where Bremerton and Queen City Yacht Clubs get together to celebrate our longstanding close relationship.  Come and join us for this Fleet Captain event where our two clubs meet and greet over drinks, food and activities. 

If you didn't already sign up for moorage at the Tacoma Yacht Club Daffodil festival you can still get on the wait list as there are usually cancellations. This is the next Fleet Captain event, the weekend of April 21-23 and we currently have 8 boats participating. You can also join by land yacht and still be part of the QCYC group, as we take on other clubs for trivia. We need help decorating Silver Lining, our Bridge boat, and Doug-Out, our decorated boat. Please sign up under events and let us know if you can join the group.

Calling all ladies of the Sea!

Our first official Ladies Cruise-out organized by our Fleet Captains will take place on March 31 for 2 nights returning back to QCYC on Sunday April 2nd. We will head to Meydenbauer YC where we can tie up to a 125 foot long reciprocal dock. The rear commodore has informed us that we can raft 3-out and likely have as many as 8 boats depending on length.

The next Fleet Captain event will be a cruise out to visit the quaint Scandinavian town of Poulsbo. Join us as we explore local galleries, breweries, the Marine Science Center and the famous Poulsbo Bakery of course. Bring those crock pots and participate in the chili cook-off Saturday night then it’s time for boat Bunco!  Sunday morning pancake breakfast!! 

So get a jump on your holiday shopping and have a relaxing time with QCYC friends before the hectic season begins.

Here is a day-by-day itinerary and with whom you can make your reservation. Tell all marinas you are with the Queen City group:

Three items to note during your registration,

1.) If you're participating as a skipper, please use the "Total # in party" field to indicate your boat's total passenger capacity (i.e. 10 = skipper + 9 passengers).

2.) Disregard the "Planned Arrival & Departure" questions on the registration screen.

3.) Please indicate in the comments box whether you're participating as a skipper, dock elves, kitchen help, or “other. If the skipper and mate are both participating, but in different capacities, please define so in your comment note.
