Warning to stay away from High Tide Marine

I unfortunately have to report that if you have any work done by Phil make sure the job is done to your satisfaction before paying him anything. I am left with a lousy job, half done and empty promises. Do yourself a favor and hire someone with some integrity. P/c Bob Yates
