The QCYC Centennial “Low and Slow” BBQ is SOLD-OUT!

Thanks to the generosity of our Pitmasters, we were able to extend reservations to the first 150 members that signed-up through the special “Low and Slow" e-mail address.

The QCYC Centennial “Low and Slow” BBQ

The boating season is officially underway and the Centennial won’t be back for at least 100 more years.  Let’s celebrate with a BBQ to end all BBQ’s.

The QCYC Centennial “Low and Slow” BBQ is Sunday, June 5, 2016, from 2:00 to 5:00 PM and will bring together nine QCYC Pitmasters in a friendly (hopefully friendly) competition for bragging rights and beer drinking.

Buy a ticket and you will get a 2 oz. portion of each of the following:

Ragnar’s Pulled Pork - Mark’s Dry Rubbed Whole Beef Brisket with Carolina Finishing Sauce - Rick’s Smoked Prime Rib - Dick’s Chicken Wings - Tony’s Famous Boat Street Ribs - Paul’s Seattle Smoked Pastrami - Joe’s Texas Points Cut Beef - Jess’s Smoked Tri-Tip and Some Kinda Ribs

QCYC Pitmasters are donating the meat and their time.  The Tarettes are providing cole slaw.  Karleen is making corn bread.  Becky is providing “Becky’s BBQ Basket” for raffle.  Invite your friends, relatives, enemies and anyone you else know with fifteen bucks.  Proceeds go to the Winslow Centennial 4th of July Live Music Fund.
