Pump out reported malfunctioning

Most likely it has lost its prime.

Fixing that involves opening the second door on the cabinet and manuallly priming the pump with a bucket of water.

We will try to get somebody over there to look at this in the next day or so.

At one time, we had a sign next to the button instructing people how to shut off the pump in the correct sequence. It makes a difference whether the valve at the end of the hose is shut off before or after the motor is turned off.  I don't know, for sure, which is the correct sequence. We need to reestablish that and put up another sign- that hopefully will not be removed again.
