Need a diver to inspect and replace mooring ball and chain

hi all,

i installed a mooring ball at my house 15 years ago, and I’d like to hire a diver to replace the chain and mooring buoy.  It’s in Lake Washington, Newcastle area, 20feet of water or so.  Does anyone know a diver who does this kind of work?
