"Can this Be Fixed?" Online Facility Repair Requests

Activity around the instation and outstation increases with the start of the summer cruising season. As we use our facilities, it provides all of us the opportunity to notice items in need of repair. One of the simplest ways to notify the responsible committee chairperson of the issue is to use the FACILITY REPAIR REQUEST, which can be found under the FORMS or FACILITIES menu titles on this website.

Entering the fault on the Facility Repair Request page does a number of things.

1.) It helps you determine who should be contacted on everything from buildings to docks to WiFi, and provides a platform to do so.

2.) Essential information is collected concerning the problem and the reporting member. The responsible committee chairperson then has the means necessary to contact you if there's further questions, and to provide you follow up on the corrective action.

3.) Each entry is recorded in the repair database AND an email is immediately sent to the chairperson(s) alerting them to the report.

Queen City Yacht Club is very fortunate to have skilled and attentive individuals overseeing these responsibilities. However, it's a big facility and they need our help in calling out issues.

No matter what it might be, please report it.
