In Memoriam: Hans Heia

Notice of Member Passing – Hans Heia      1927 - 2020

We are sad to report the passing of Hans Heia, member # 004.  He passes at the age of 93, just 12 days shy of 94 years old! Hans joined our club in 1966 and has been a life member since 1991.

Debbie Foote fondly writes:  “Hans had a very gentle soul, was soft spoken and Norwegian through and through!  He graduated from Ballard High school with my father Robert Picot. He went on to be a teacher. He is survived by his loving wife Myrt, and sons Harold, David, Eric, daughter Caroline and grandchildren.”

Discussions are on-going with the family to determine whether an 8-Bell service is requested.
