Skipper / crew help for slip move

A shoulder issue has left me with only one useful arm. We need to move from slip 245 to 294. I can't maneuver the 46'/ twin screw boat (no thrusters) in close quarters one handed. Anyone willing to drive for us? Help remove the radar dome ( 4 bolts), duct tape the dismounted but still connected flood light so we can clear the beams to move, handle lines for the boat and dinghy?  Joyce will be here in time for lunch Friday for the weekend.
