Information for the Commodore Ball Attendees

Hello QCYC Commodore Ball attendees!

Your planning team are excited and looking forward  to our upcoming ball honoring Past Commodore Terron and Denise Lindholme AND Commodore Margaret and P/C Dave Krows!

Here is some information regarding the evenings events. 

The Ball starts at 4:30p, you may arrive slightly before that to check in and find your table.  P/C Terron and Denise will arrival at 5:00p.  Following their arrival and greeting we will usher the G-Pod members to the Dance Floor to have their group photo. The Tritons will then gather at the entrance for the arrival of Commodore Margaret and P/C Dave’s arrival at 5:15p.  Following their arrival the Tritons will be ushered to the Dance Floor for their group photo.

While the G-14 members are taking their photos, you will all have plenty time to mingle and enjoy cocktails and appetizers.  First call to dinner will be at 6:30p.

Attached are driving and parking instructions.  There is NO parking up the hill at the Admiral’s House, all guests will be shuttled from the bottom of the hill to the top.
