Gulf Islands Orca Sanctuary Zones - Big Fines

Boaters could be subject to some very large fines for violating Orca zones in the Gulf Islands:  https://waggonerguide.com/gulf-islands-no-go-restricted-areas-reminder-avoid-a-1000000-fine/.  The web site includes a pretty good map.  One zone is along Pender Island, and one is on the SE tip of Saturna.
