36' Winter Slip at Carillon Point

I have a 36' slip at Carillon Point that I am looking to sublease from October 1 - April 30. The price is obviously much higher than the club, but if you know someone outside of Queen City who may need one, I'm looking to open it up for the winter while I am moored elsewhere.
