Bug: Logging In Twice

I know there have some complaints from a few members that they need to input their login/password twice in order to gain access to the site. Unfortunately a few browsers are cacheing the 'guest' page views and not refreshing correctly after initial login. After some testing I've determined that by turning off the website's own cacheing mechanism for 'guest' users the issue can be avoided. On the downside there could be a slight performance decrease on the website but I'll monitor it to see if such an impact actually occurs.
