Club Deep Fryer & Member Galley Cleanliness

Members,

Due to food safety issues, members are not to use the deep fryer. In the past month, the deep fryer has been left on the entire weekend two times, which is a significant risk for fire, other safety issues and standards of cleanliness.

Chef Willie is willing to teach members how to safely operate the appropriate equipment such as ovens and the dishwasher (not the deep fryer). We encourage members to utilize the galley, but please after use:

- Clean thoroughly, wash dishes and put them away after use.

- Empty garbage and recycle.

- Fans must be on when using the grill/ovens.
