Confusing Fisheries Discounts, (or lack of same)

Bought a very small bottle of fiberglass cleaner at Fisheries this afternoon. It was marked $20.10 on the shelf.

I thought. "That's really high! But I'll save at least a few bucks with my QCYC discount and that will bring the price down to about what I would pay for it elsewhere."

No such luck. Up at the cash register, after notifying the clerk of my Queen City membership, the sale rang up with a discount of $ZERO and the price was about $22 out the door, with tax.

Does anybody have an actual list of the discounts we are supposed to get at Fisheries?
