Espar Hydronic Heater

Fix or replace?  Have 2003 Espar D10 unit with combustion fan motor bearings gone. A local shop estimates $3200 for new unit (including remote control board electronics). Fan motor replacement estimated at $1000.  Any recommendations on reasonable and trustworthy shops/vendors?  Initial research suggests $3200 is seriously out of line.  Thanks!

UPDATE: What a dufus I am. Eberspacher (ESPAR) being from Germany, is like a marinized BMW part.  Three boat units is a bargain!  What was I thinking? This isn't a heater fan for Chevy truck.

Seems AMC Cliffv's Marine is the most viable source in Puget Sound.  Checking Roton in Vancouver as well.
