How about a Referral Forum

I know the forums are brand new, a great idea that should take off!  What about a forum specifically for "Service Referrals", where a member can recommend, request referrals, or rank service providers: Mobile mechanics, maintenance people, etc.  We have great resources for this and currently most of it is word-of-mouth.
