It's Broke!

QCYC has a lot of property and machinery that merits constant attention. Lights go out, plastic things break, pipes leak, etc, and the current cold weather only makes matters worse.

The question that often comes up is, "How do I report something that I see needs repair, and who do I call?" The simplest and most efficient method is to submit a "FACILITY REPAIR REQUEST" via the website. You can find a link to that application under either the Facilities or Forms menu drop down. Almost any type of maintenance problem can be reported via this process.

When you complete that short form and submit, the system automatically sends a summary email to the responsible committee chairperson(s) and records that trouble in the repair logbook. No need to try to figure out who to contact or the best time to call.

The biggest challenge in such a large volunteer organization is just knowing something is awry. This method greatly simplifies that process.The Club appreciates your efforts in reporting issues. Those reports help keep our first class facilities in top operating condition.
