Job well done by the Membership Committee, the bridge, and the Tarettes

Yesterday's Open House was very well attended. It would seem probable that QCYC will gain  between 10-20 new memberships as a result.

Chris Benson and the Membership Committee, ably assisted by the Tarettes and the bridge, did a great job. There were greeters at every door, a buffet set out on the 2nd Deck, and free beverages at the bar. Even if some of the people who attended the Open House don't ultimately decide to join QCYC, they had to leave with a strong impression that Queen City is a friendly club and a class act.
