The Need To Move To Voting By Mail

 I am not going to be able to vote in the upcoming vote on the proposed by-law changes. We will be away from home in a long planned scheduled trip to see family members in Brazil. It is so unfortunate that we don't have vote by mail, and modernize our process in this area. There is no good reason that I have heard to not move to voting by mail. There are reasonable control systems that can assure the process is well managed and legitimate, and there is a chance for everyone of us who pays our dues to be counted. Our current process is one that is way overdue for improvement. We can vote by mail in political elections, and as shareholders on company issues.....why can't we do it at Queen City ??
