Potential Problem for Boaters?

Are you aware of the pending regulations from the Department of Resources regarding moorage? If they worry you, you need to comment before Dec. 31. As I read it, the new regulations would NOT be good for Queen City or other yacht clubs that own moorage on DNR leased land. If you don't have QCYC moorage, you, too, could be affected. It looks like ARBAW is stepping up the to the plate on our behalf, but that may not be enough.
