Pride of Queen City

 I missed this important event last year, first time in all the years since I joined our club. Consequently, I also missed trimming our beloved hedge out in front, adjacent to the street. I was happy to see that somebody went ahead and took care of it, albeit it was late summer by then, and our members had to look at the unkempt version virtually all summer.

This year, I will be at the club for the PofQCYC, and trust me, I WILL be there early saturday morning with my special power tools in hand, trimming merrily away. 

Gayle and I are looking forward to spending Opening Day with our longtime friends at the club, as well as meeting and making new ones along the way.
