QCYC By-Laws Update May 2019

As approved by the membership during the regular meeting held on 22 May 2019, the revised (version V) copy of the QCYC Bylaws is now posted to this website.  Changes in revision “V” address 1.) Temporary waiver of 400 active member limit during fiscal quarter one for accounting purposes, 2.) Establishes the Education, as well as the Communications and Electronics Committees, 3.) Removes the Reception and Entertainment Committees, and 4.) Retitles the Yachting Facilities Committee as the Reciprocal Committee.
