Queen City, and all yacht clubs, face a common problem

It's a bit long, but worth a read. Yacht clubs, across the country, have a problem very similar to that described in the article. The average age of participants seems to be going up by about 11 months every year. As the Greatest Generation becomes less active in boating, and eventually the Boomers follow suite, who will take our places?
It's a question that has a lot of people in the boating industry, as well as yacht clubs, perpelexed.
