The majority of activity has been legislative. The short session resulted in some success and no real failures.

HB1700 Expanded and sustainable funding for derelict vessel removal funding.

Watercraft Excise Tax: we defended against any increases, but did not get the hoped-for reductions.

Funding in the 2022 Supplemental Operating budget to help minimize conflicts on Lake Union between vessels and seaplanes.

Boating Safety Legislation requiring PFDs to be worn by kayakers, canoeists, and SUPs was defeated.
