Really tough "no discharge" rules kick in May 10

Greywater is not affected. (yet, that's usually the second bite taken from the apple)

Discharge from systems meeting USCG and EPA requirements for fecal coliform, floating solids, etc...will then be entirely illegal in the inland salt waters of Washington state, as well as the navigable fresh waters.
