Reciprocity Yacht Clubs

 Wendy and I are in Grosse Point and Stopped by the Grosse Point Yacht Club yesterday just to be turned away at the gate. We were told that we needed a letter from our club manager stating that we are members in good standings with our club.  They GPYC are listed on the Recip.   Has this happened to anyone else?
