Renew Ganges Lease??

I got the email this morning on this subject and read the document on the Club website here:

It doesn't look like we're close to taking full advantage of the current lease. 

I think there might be one alternative not discussed in Eric's thorough analysis.  If we cancel the current lease with Ganges Marina and go with an account at Salt Spring Marina, that would leave a big hole in Ganges' revenues.  Faced with that, they may be willing to renegotiate the lease, especially if they have had a couple of recession-driven down years, which they probably have. 

One way or another, Eric's analysis indicates the club could provide a Ganges outstation to the number of members who apparently use it for less than half of what's being presently spent.
