Reporting Electronics Outages

Please note that a new category for reporting WIFI & WEBCAMS problems was added to the FACILITY REPAIR REQUEST form found under the web site menu category FACILITIES, as well as FORMS. Please use this as a means to report any problems with those resources.

This is a "smartphone friendly" form that is easy to complete via a handheld device, as a WiFi outage could prevent the use of a laptop, etc to file the report. Once the user clicks SUBMIT, the problem is recorded on the club's repair database and an email is immediately sent to the chairpersons managing those resources.

If necessary you can also call Elise at the QCYC office and she can proxy the entry for you.
