Seized Impeller on Detroit Diesel

Can anyone give me any ideas on how to remove an impeller on my Detroits?  It is really stuck.

I broke the large impeller puller I just bought trying to tighted it enough to pull out the impeller.  I have lubricated the vanes, hammered on the impeller housing.  It is not budging.

Help?
