Sinking dinghy at slip #149

A member reports a dinghy on the verge of sinking at slip #149.

Not sure whose it is, but if somebody bailed or pumped it out one of our fellow members would be grateful.

(I would just take care of it, but I'm not going to be at the club for the next few days).
