Surveyor for Insurance

I need to get SaltyDog surveyed before our next insurance renewal. The surveyors that I've used in the past are either unavailable or no longer in business. I would love to get a couple of recommendations for  surveyors, who are good, and will do their job but who might be less picky Tena survey I would want when buying the boat :-)

We are moored on North Lake Union, and since this needs to be an out-of-the-water survey, I would also like suggestions on reasonable places to have her hauled out.

Boating season here we come!!
