USCG Documentation Renewal - BUYER BEWARE

Just received the annual notice for Documentation renewal of SARATOGA from An official looking envelope from Maritime Documentation Center.  First, the return email is not a .gov site, and the annual charge is $75 , not the real $26.  A google search can send you to the bogus site but AVOID THIS SITE and go to
