What is YachtFac, and why are only certain members allowed to access it?

I'm sorry, but if there's going to be a section of the club web site it really needs to be accessible to all members. If there is some secret or internal information that only some certain and elite level of membership is privileged to access, then those communications should be handled privately.

Clicking on the YachtFac section results in "You are not authorized to access that information".
