Wing Pt Buoy Shifted??

This is a wierd question, but going by the Wing PT nun bouy yesterday it seems to not be as charted on my Navionics charts. It appears more NNE, by maybe 75 yards apprx. My charts showed us right on top of it and it was way off to the left as I left... Has it shifted some?

Operator error or?? I updated my charts Sat night. Anyone else noted that?
