You’re Invited: New(er) Member Main Station Orientation
For quite a few years pre-pandemic, new members were invited to two New Member Orientations (NMO); one held at the main station in the early fall, and one held at the Bainbridge Island outstation in the early spring.
These NMO’s have been very well received by members in the past, helping them get comfortable and familiar with QCYC much faster and providing an opportunity to meet new boating friends.
As we have not held NMOs for a few years, many newer members have missed out on these fun and informative events.
That’s why we’re extending the invitation to attend to any members who have joined in the past 3 QCYC fiscal years.
I’ve had Bridge Officers on every tour tell me they learned a few things they didn’t know and everyone comes away with a better appreciation and familiarity with the club that would normally take quite a few years to obtain.
Details are below. Please RSVP on the club website so we can plan for meals.
Hope to see you there!
