Looking for a recommendation for windlass servicing.  We've owned the boat for almost 2 years now and the last servicing looks like it well pre-dates our ownership.  Unfortunately the 20 year old Lofrans, which functions well,  has a frozen clutch nut that doesn't want to come off & whose design makes it impervious to penetrating oil.  The next step is probably heat, which for me means a professional.  Any recommendations are appreciated.

Can anyone recommend someone who can service marine head systems?  Our only head quit working.  We don't like the noise of our current vacu-flush system. If we need to replace the motor we may want to consider a different system. Any recommendations?

Need recommendations on a broker - I'm planning to trade up to a bigger boat, and need a referral to a good broker.  I'm selling my 2002 Formula 37PC that's in great shape, and am interested in a 42' Regal Sport Coupe, 45' Cantius Cruiser, or similar.  While I really want to find something local, I'm open to moving something from out of the area, if necessary.  Since there won't be a flybridge, it will be less complicated.  So a broker that has experience with that would be great.  And ideas??

The bottom of the receiver for our davit crane has failed and I need to get a new piece welded on to it. I think that it should be farily straightforward but the folks I would normally use are no longer in business.

In my case, my taxes are fairly simple, although I got into cryptocurrency last year, so that could make things a little messy.
